Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days. Data packs last until used and never expire. The two billing options follow different rules, so don’t compare them on price alone.
First consider whether your data needs are ongoing, then choose an allowance. Monthly plans are based on monthly usage; data packs are based on total usage. Use the tabs below to compare each option. All prices are listed above.
For users with ongoing cross-border access needs. Check your actual usage in the client before deciding whether to change tiers. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: background connections, file syncing and video streaming all use your allowance.

For lighter use, such as web browsing, research and text-based AI tools. If you only stream video occasionally, use your actual data consumption to see whether this tier is enough. Regular HD streaming or large file transfers will use data faster; this is not an unlimited plan.
¥18 / month
For everyday browsing and alternating between AI tools and streaming, or switching between a computer and mobile devices. The larger allowance gives you more room, but actual usage still depends on video quality, content and time spent online. When using multiple devices, check your account’s combined usage rather than estimating separately for each device.
¥28 / month
For frequent streaming, file syncing or ongoing use across multiple clients. This tier has the lowest price per unit of data among the monthly plans, which is why it’s marked Best Value. It provides a larger monthly allowance, not a guarantee of access to specific sites, streaming quality or performance on every network.
Monthly plan data resets on the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated against the remaining days. Check the change and validity period in the panel before placing an order.
For occasional projects, one-off research or long gaps between sessions. Data packs don’t renew monthly, and your balance won’t expire while unused. Consider both your total data needs and the upfront cost; there’s no need to pay more in advance just to get a larger allowance.
¥158 / pack
For users who connect to international routes irregularly and want data available for whenever they need it. Go by total data use, without planning around monthly resets. If you later start streaming regularly or transferring files often, compare monthly plans again instead of assuming a data pack will always be the better fit.
¥358 / pack
For higher total usage with significant gaps between sessions, such as handling research in focused periods and doing little more than occasional browsing in between. The larger allowance can span multiple periods, but every session draws from the same balance. Never expires does not mean data is replenished indefinitely.
¥658 / pack
For users who know their total data needs and want a larger reserve. Check your current balance and expected use before choosing; don’t decide based on the allowance alone. This pack also decreases with actual use and does not reset monthly. Check available routes and platform requirements in your client.
Compare billing rules and data allowances first, then review what all plans have in common. Device count, platform support and route coverage do not add data.
Use your plan across devices as needed; data is managed according to its allowance. Adding clients does not increase your available data. When checking usage, consider file syncing, background tasks and video streaming.
90+ countries / 250+ routes. Choose an exit route based on where you need to connect, then check how it performs. Coverage figures don’t mean every route suits every use case; see your client for the routes currently available.

VPN34 does not keep logs. For connection or order issues, describe the problem in a support ticket through the panel. Streaming and AI tool access can also depend on the service’s region, account requirements and policies; check availability after connecting.
This table compares the usage rules; it does not estimate how many days a monthly plan or data pack will last. The same allowance can be used up at different rates depending on what you do, so your past usage is a better guide than estimated viewing hours.

Choose a plan in the user panel, confirm whether it’s a monthly plan or a data pack, then check the price and allowance. No email address is required to create an account; use a username and password. Keep your login details safe so you can check orders, access your subscription and submit support tickets after payment.
Pay using your chosen method on the payment page. The amount and payment details shown on the current order page are authoritative. For USDT payments, verify each detail displayed on the payment page. Don’t reuse payment details from an old order or pay based on information forwarded from outside the page.
After paying, return to the user panel and check the order status and plan details in your account. Don’t assume your subscription is ready just because the payment page has closed. Before accessing your subscription, confirm that the plan, data allowance and validity period in the panel match your selection.
If the payment record and order status don’t match, keep your order details and proof of payment, then explain the issue in a support ticket. Include the plan you chose and what went wrong to help with verification. Don’t send your password or full subscription link in a ticket, and don’t create repeated orders to try to resolve a status issue.

Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, clearly explain your request and include the relevant order details. See the Terms of Service for full eligibility requirements. Check the order before submitting so payment details from other orders aren’t included in the same request.
Track your request in the support ticket. If you need to provide more information, add it to the same ticket to keep the context together.
